About Us
Miss Teenager South Africa (MTSA) is a National Teenage Beauty Pageant, with a clear concept of empowering young ladies and to develop the confidence they need to achieve their personal best.
We believe that a confident girl has the power to make a real change, starting from her local community with the potential of reaching a global audience one day.
We encourage every girl to step out of their comfort zone, to be themselves and to continue defining what it means to be confidently beautiful. At Miss Teenager South Africa we are looking for a young girl who is ambitious, confident and an inspirational teenager who is a role model for all South African and African Youth.

MASEGO MADINGWANE
Chief Executive Officer
Masego Madingwane is a certified Somatologist with a passion for Entrepreneurship. She serves as both the Owner and Band Founder of Estheva Wellness, a clinic specializing in Beauty and Skincare. Additionally, she holds the roles of Director for the Miss Dreamgirls South Africa Pageant and CEO of Miss Teenager South Africa. Alongside her roles as a mother of three, she excels as a Talent Specialist, Facilitator, and Content Creator.
KATLEGO NCALA-DULOBO
Director
Katlego Ncala is a 24 year old former beauty queen, television presenter, international brand ambassador, aspiring philanthropist, co-owner of Miss Teenager South Africa Pageants and Director of KN
Modelling Academy.
TUMELO HLONGWANE
Head of Marketing
With over 10 years of experience in the modelling/pageantry industry and numerous titles behind her name. Tumelo Hlongwane is a seasoned professional model and beauty queen who holds a degree in communication from the University of Pretoria. She has over 5 years experience in social media marketing.
TRINITY NCALA
Operations Manager
Trinity Ncala is a seasoned
businesswoman, author and former fashion model.

Corporate Affairs Director
Reabetswe Matlapeng holds an LLB degree from the University of the Witwatersrand. She is well versed in public speaking, dramatic arts, etiquette training, image consulting and make up artistry.
