SISTERHOOD

I am Iminathi Dondolo, an ambitious 17-year-old from the beautiful city of Cape Town. I describe myself as a caterpillar breaking free and metamorphosing into a beautiful butterfly. My story of becoming has led me to this exact moment. I am the founder of a Nonprofit organization titled Small Steps to Change. Small Steps to Change prides itself on answering every call from marginalized and disadvantaged communities. I have set a timeline for myself that in the next five years, I will have impacted South Africa with my Small Steps to Change Legacy. My mission is also to mentor our young girls with the aim of helping them make their dreams a reality. I want to create leaders that our society is in desperate need of. I have found my light through the Miss Teenager South Africa organization and want to help other young girls find theirs. (Document community initiatives)
