17-year-old Pearl Mathebula says she is very proud after she was crowned Miss Teenager South Africa. Mathebula who started pageantry in 2022, says this was only her second competition. She speaks to Aldrin Sampear.

JOHANNESBURG - Hard-work, resilience and sheer determination, describes the reigning Miss Teen SA. Pearl Mathebula was crowned at the glittering pageant after making it to the top 10 in 2023.

16-year-old Iminathi Dondolo from the Western Cape won the pageant and will now go on a year-long journey representing the country and working on her chosen advocacy projects.
